Damaged Shipment Return Policy — Unapologetically Seasoned

We take pride in packaging our flavor with care—but if your seasoning arrives damaged, we’ve got your back.

📦 What qualifies as “damaged”?

  • Broken jars or containers
  • Spilled or leaking product
  • Severely dented packaging impacting product integrity

What to do:

  1. Snap a photo of the damaged product and packaging.
  2. Email us at info@unapologeticallyseasoned.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and images.
  3. We’ll review and respond within 48 hours to offer either:
  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund (your choice)

✨ Notes:

  • Damaged items must remain unused.
  • We may ask for the packaging to be returned for inspection—but we’ll cover any shipping costs involved.
  • Unfortunately, we can't offer exchanges on flavor preferences, only replacements for truly damaged goods.
